協調小組簡介
To serve the increasing number of Hong Kong Catholic migrants to Great Britain, the Catholic Bishops' Conference of England and Wales decided to establish the Hong Kong Catholic Migrants Pastoral Coordination Group (‘the Coordination Group’). As a formal pastoral body established on 1st July 2024, the Coordination Group aims to liaise with the local faith groups across Great Britain, the Bishops’ Conference, and the Diocese of Hong Kong, as well as provide pastoral support to strengthen and deepen the faith of the laity.
「英國天主教港人牧民協調小組」是英格蘭及威爾斯主教團 (Catholic Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales) 為服務急增的移英港人而成立。協調小組 於 2024 年 7 月 1 日開始運作。作為英國主教團正式成立的港人牧民組織，協調小組 以聯繫移居英國各地的天主教香港教友團體為宗旨，並連結英國主教團和香港教區，以提供牧靈支援、鞏固和加深教友的信仰基礎。
Function 職能

To liaise between the Hong Kong Catholic migrant communities across England and Wales (the local communities) and the Catholic Bishops' Conference of England and Wales.

To ensure the local communities are supported pastorally by liaising with the local coordination groups and arranging opportunities for social and faith-based gatherings.

To serve as the first point of contact for Cantonese-speaking visiting priests who wish to support the local communities across England and Wales.

To serve the Hong Kong Catholic migrants by providing, at the national and local levels (with the support of the local communities), different supporting services to strengthen and consolidate their faith.
為踐行宗旨，協調小組 有以下職能：

協調移居英國各地的香港教友團體 (教友團體) 與英國主教團間之事務。

連繫各地教友團體，安排信仰及聯誼聚會，讓教友在信仰靈修上進益。

成為訪英神父的首個接觸點，協調訪英神父為各地教友團體舉辦牧靈活動。

在各地區教友團體支持下，支援移英教友鞏固和加深其信仰基礎。

Logo 徽章
The logo design employs different elements of Catholicism, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong to represent the Hong Kong Catholic Pastoral Coordination Group. Starting from the top, the straight lines represent the light that God shines in our hearts, and the dove represents the presence of the Holy Spirit, who gives us grace.
The cross in the middle of the logo symbolises salvation, and in the centre of the cross is Our Lady of Walsingham, symbolising Catholicism in England. The symbol of each end of the cross representing the four countries of the United Kingdom means spreading the faith throughout the United Kingdom.
Two stars on the left and right sides represent hope and vision. They signify that as long as we believe in God, our lives in the UK are full of hope. Under the two stars, there is an outline of two places: the left side is the United Kingdom, and the right side is Hong Kong. Through faith, the two places are interconnected. At the bottom are the figures of Jesus and the twelve disciples, representing unity.
設計師以天主教、英國和香港的不同原素設計出 英國天主教港人牧民協調小組 之徽章。由最上方開始，設計師以多條直線代表天主帶給我們的光，鴿子代表聖神的臨在，賜給我們恩寵。
標誌中間的十字架，代表天主賜給我們的救恩，十字架的中央特別放上Our Lady of Walsingham，象徵著英國天主教會。而十字架之四個方向，分別載有代表聯合王國（The United Kingdom）內四國的標記，進一步延伸我們的信仰生活遍及全英。
十字架外，左右兩旁分別有兩顆星星，代表著「希望」及「願景」。示意我們只要信靠天主，在英生活定能滿載希望。而兩顆星星下分別延展出兩條城市脈絡向左右展開，左面為「英國」，右面為「香港」，藉著信仰，兩地緊緊相扣。最底部份的人形公仔為耶穌與十二門徒，代表著彼此聯繫、互相協調，達致團結一致的象徵。
